Meet Woodland Living
Woodland Living was founded by Jarrod Freeman with a simple belief: building a compact home or retreat should feel clear, personal and well supported.
Why I started Woodland Living
After an injury brought my previous career to an unexpected end, I discovered the beauty, strength and character of European solid-timber construction—and saw an opportunity to bring this distinctive way of building to Australia.
I founded Woodland Living to offer families a more attainable option in a challenging building market, combining European-quality timber systems with construction by skilled Australian builders. What matters most to me is working closely with each family to create a unique, enduring space designed around how they live and what they genuinely need.
We are based in Melbourne and work with clients across Greater Melbourne and parts of regional Victoria.
