1. Site review and project definition
The process starts by confirming the intended use, location, access, budget and timeframe. Site information then informs the technical review and the decisions that follow.
2. Foundations

5. Services, finishes and handover preparation
Electrical, plumbing, internal finishes, fixtures and final detailing complete the usable home. The exact sequence and scope should be confirmed for the selected design and site before work begins.
